Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a titled device for which a punching dice is arranged at the upper part of a conveyor belt, a rotary disk for which small-sized rollers are arrayed on an upper surface is provided on the lower part of the belt and the rollers pressurize the back side of the belt and perform molding so as to provide a thick edge part when the dice is lowered. CONSTITUTION: In this device for automatically molding a dough 12, the conveyor belt 11 is provided, a reciprocating punching dice 13 provided with a cutter 15 in a shape matched with the desired peripheral shape of a dough material is arranged at the upper part of the conveyor belt 11 and the rotary disk 18 is provided on the lower part of the conveyor belt 11. The plural small rollers 21 are arranged on the upper surface of the rotary disk 18 so as to form one or more whorls and the rollers 21 pressurize the back side of the conveyor belt 11 when the punching dice 13 is lowered.
