Abstract:
To provide a simplified apparatus that carries a plurality of cylindrical pieces previously cut and charged into a machine manufacturing a plurality of pouches in which an extractable material is charged, and a method that is process-technically simplified and applicable with greater swiftness.SOLUTION: An apparatus according to the present invention comprises a transport wheel 100. The transport wheel 100 comprises some supports 104 distributed over a circumference thereof, each of which holds a pouch and is attached in a rotary fashion to the transport wheel 100. In a method according to the invention, a cylindrical piece forming a pouch having at least one chamber between a head portion and a bottom portion is radially inserted in the support 104 of the transport wheel 100. In a takeout station 118, the pouch is radially taken out of the transport wheel 100 with the bottom portion positioned frontward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
