PURPOSE: To keep the temp. of a highly viscous treatment soln. proper by removing the excessive quantity of heat of the treatment soln. by partitioning a cylindrical container into a plurality of tanks and providing treatment soln. inlets to the single ends of the tanks and providing treatment soln. outlets to the other ends thereof and providing a external cooler for cooling the treatment soln. between the treatment soln. outlet and inlet not provided to the same tank.
CONSTITUTION: Two parallel rotary shafts 2 are provided in a horizontally arranged almost cylindrical container 1 in the longitudinal direction thereof and stirring blades constituted by superposing zero-shaped thick plate stirring blade members one upon another in a multistage fashion are provided on two rotary shafts 2 so that one set to stirring blades formed so that two stirring blade members are shifted at a specific phase angle are provided on one rotary shaft at a phase angle so as not to be overlapped with the stirring blades attached to the other rotary shaft within the same plane to constitute one stage of stirring blades. The container 1 is partitioned into a plurality of tanks 5, 6 and treatment soln. inlets 7, 9 are provided to the single ends of the respective tanks and treatment soln. outlets 8, 10 are provided to the other ends thereof and an external cooler 11 is provided between the treatment soln. outlet 8 and the treatment soln. inlet 9 not provided to the same tank.
