Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for effectively cooling an electronic device.
SOLUTION: A thermometry unit 108 measures the temperature of the electronic device 200 which generates heat. If the measured temperature exceeds a prescribed threshold value, an electrically-powered-fan control unit 130 directs an electrically powered fan unit 106 to cool the electronic device 200 by driving the electrically powered fan. If the increment of the measured temperature per unit time exceeds a prescribed threshold value, a nozzle control unit 120 directs a nozzle unit 102 to cool the electronic device 200 by jet stream cooling.
