To efficiently induction-heat and separate a PCB oil from an inner member of a pole transformer.
The PCB oil is separated from the inner member A of the pole transformer by heating and the inner member is detoxified. A charging chamber 1, a heating chamber 2 and a cooling chamber 3 which are provided with conveyors 4a to 4c for moving the inner member A therein are arranged in series in this order. The respective chambers 1 to 3, and the outside of the apparatus and the charging chamber 1 and the cooling chamber 3 are partitioned by dampers 5a to 5d. The charging chamber 1, the heating chamber 2 and the cooling chamber 3 respectively have gas supply ports 1a to 3a and discharge ports 1b to 3b. Further, the heating chamber 2 is provided with an inductive heating device 6 having a coil 6a for heating the inner member A, and a cooling chamber 3 is provided with a supply pipe 7a of low temperature fluid for cooling the inner member A becoming high temperature by heating and an atomizing nozzle 7b. The respective chambers 1 to 3 are filled with inactive gas so as to keep a prescribed pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure and, thus, the heating processing and the cooling processing are performed. As the result, the temperature rising speed is accelerated and the processing speed is also accelerated.
