Abstract:
To forecast at least either cross sectional shape or plate shape of the material to be rolled after rolling by handling changes in shape of the rolling mill three-dimensionally in the rolling using rolling roll.
Making a material condition stored in the material condition memory portion 11, a roll condition stored in the roll condition memory portion 12, and a rolling condition stored in the rolling condition memory portion 13 as input conditions, the shape calculating portion 16 calculates displacement of the rolling roll using a bonding condition set by the roll bonding condition setter 14, and simultaneously, calculates a cross sectional shape of the material to be rolled after rolling using three dimensional finite element method.
