Abstract:
To provide an apparatus and method for manufacturing films which can be configured compact, can be easily changed to arbitrary apparatus configuration and can be formed with a lower cost.
Film strips 14a are delivered from film rolls 14 in a feed unit 32; the film strips 14a are cut and are then wound up to spools 22 in a winding-up unit 34; wound bodies 24 are inserted into cartridges 28 opened on one side and caps 30 are put on the cartridges 28 and are caulked in an assembly unit 36; and after the drawing out resistance, exposing length, etc., of the films are inspected, the films are ejected as products.
