To solve problems of an introduction of a decrease in a working efficiency for fixedly holding a protector molding at a hose molding and a deterioration of vulcanization adhesive properties between the hose molding and the protector molding.
The apparatus for manufacturing the hose with the protector comprises an extrusion molding machine 11 for extrusion molding the molding 21 of a hose body and an injection molding machine 14 for integrally molding the molding 22 of the protector at a prescribed position of an outer peripheral surface of the molding 21 extruded from the machine 11, and continuously molds the hose molding and the protector molding. The apparatus also comprises a precise cutter 16 for cutting the hose molding molded with the protector molding by the injection molding machine in a prescribed length, and a vulcanization tank for vulcanizing and molding the bent hose molding and the protector molding bent in a prescribed shape of the hose molding and of an unvulcanized state by inserting a mandrel into the hose molding cut in the prescribed length.
