Abstract:
To provide a method for measuring a wear amount of a furnace wall for performing measurement at a relatively small data processing load by using the same image as a display image.SOLUTION: A method for measuring a wear amount of a furnace wall whose surface temperature may possibly be within a temperature range including 700°C-1000°C includes the steps of: acquiring an image of the furnace wall by two color cameras spaced apart from each other, while generating a laser line on the furnace wall in a reference state, and acquiring a distance from the two color cameras to the furnace wall by a processor using the image; acquiring an image of the furnace wall by the two color cameras spaced apart from each other, while generating the laser line on the furnace wall in a state after the operation, and acquiring a distance from the two color cameras to the furnace wall by the processor using the image; and acquiring a wear amount of the furnace from a difference between the distances in the reference state and the state after the operation by the processor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
