Abstract:
To provide an apparatus and a method which are improved for using coherent radiation from the source such as a suitable lamp which performs various dermatological treatments of medical and cosmetic care.
This invention relates to an apparatus which uses a lamp for treatment of a patient's skin and a method which uses the lamp for various skin treatments. The lamp is more efficient than prior such devices. The apparatus improves efficiency by minimizing photon leakage and other enhancements. This invention also includes various enhancements for a wavelength used for optical treatment on a patient's skin.
