Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the quality of a product by preventing the uneven distribution of reinforcing fibers contained in a slurry in the thickness direction of the slurry after supply and enhancing the orientation properties of the reinforcing fibers.
CONSTITUTION: In a green sheet manufacturing apparatus of a building board wherein a water permeable sheet 3 is provided so as to be capable of advancing in its longitudinal direction and a raw material supply device 6 supplying a slurry containing reinforcing fibers to the upper surface of the sheet 3 is provided above the sheet 3 and a suction means 4 dehydrating the slurry under reduced pressure is provided to the rear surface of the sheet, the raw material supply device 6 is made reciprocally movable forwardly and rearwardly in the advance direction of the sheet within the range provided with the suction means 4.
