PURPOSE: To preponderantly enhance the bending strength of a board in a specific direction by orienting reinforcing fibers contained in a slurry in the advance direction of a sheet.
CONSTITUTION: In a green sheet manufacturing apparatus of a building. board constituted so that a water permeable sheet 3 receiving the supply of a slurry containing reinforcing fibers on its upper surface is provided so as to be capable of advancing in its longitudinal direction and a suction means 4 dehydrating the slurry under reduced pressure is provided to the rear surface of the sheet 3, rolls 31 rotating around the axes thereof in the lateral direction of the sheet 3 and stroking the slurry supplied to the sheet 3 in the direction reverse to the advance direction of the sheet 3 are provided.
