To eliminate cutting-off and cleansing of optical components after their formation and realize a precise thickness of film made of active energy ray curing resin by pressingly fixing a body to be worked to a working position and providing an openable wire pushing mechanism.
A substrate 6 is arranged in a substrate holding part 4 formed on a base table. In addition, a wire pushing mechanism consisting of a wire circulating fixed pulled 15 and a wire circulating movable pulley 16 is arranged to a working position. A wire 17 is spanned over the mechanism. The wire circulating movable pulley 16 can be freely changed over between a position A21 and a position B22 by means of a driving arm 20 so as to pressingly fix the substrate 6 from its surface against the substrate holding part 4 with the wire 17. After that, an ultraviolet curing resin is potted from a dispenser 13 to the surface of the substrate 6. Then, a mold 1 is lowered by a mold feeding mechanism 2 so as to be stopped through the contact with the wire 17. Due to the interposition of this wire 17, the wire plays the roll of a spacer, resulting in keeping the thickness of the ultraviolet curing resin constant.
