When the cosmetic head 5d of a press 5 is dropped to press slurried cosmetics Sa and Sb in a container 1 through a sheet material 6, a part around the slurried cosmetics Sa and Sb in the sheet material 6 is pressed by the fall of a frame body 5b so that the slurried cosmetics Sa and Sb are prevented from being squeezed out of the container 1 by the frame body 5b and the sheet material 6 pressing the peripheries of the slurried cosmetics Sa and Sb. Since the slurried cosmetics Sa and Sb are prevented from being squeezed out of the container 1, the cosmetic head 5d is rapidly dropped to improve productivity. Besides, a solvent contained in the cosmetics is squeezed out through the sheet material 6 by pressing of the cosmetic head 5d, a solvent suction process and a drying process to be required in a post-processing are reduced or eliminated to further improve productivity.
