A method is provided, where the method uses the micro systemplatform having a micro fluid engineering component, a resistive heating element, a temperature-sensing element, mixed structure, capillary, and disposable valve, and uses the microsystem platform of these for performing biological, immunological, immunologic, and chemical assay.
