As a result, the cylinder 2 is separated from the cylinder 3 and the web 4 in the state that the cylinder 2 is brought into contact with the cylinder 1. Even if the cylinder 8 drives the cylinder 2 in a direction (F direction) opposed to a direction (E direction) for urging the cylinder 1 to the cylinder 2 by the cylinder 6, the cylinder 1 and the cylinder 2 can be moved by a small driving force.
