Abstract:

To simply regulate the relative angle position of eccentric wheel driving gears at a low regulation cost even during the drive of a needle board so as to regulate the drive state of a needle board carrier which can be determined by both the eccentric wheel driving gears.

This apparatus for needle punching a fiber web is equipped with the carrier (1) for at least a needle board (3), at least the two eccentric wheel driving gears (7, 8) transmitted and connected through connecting rods (9, 10) to the carrier (1) and a device for changing the relative angle position of both the eccentric wheel driving gears. The device for changing the relative angle position of both the eccentric wheel driving gears (7, 8) comprises a variable ratio transmission system (17) in a transmission route (11) transmitted and connected to both the eccentric wheel driving gears (7, 8).
