Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for the high-efficiency preparation of a homogeneous cake food produced by mixing a molten oleaginous material with various food grains and forming the mixture.
CONSTITUTION: The subject apparatus is composed of a mold plate feeding mechanism 24 consisting of a stock tower 22 and a conveyor 23 to separate and deliver the lowermost mold plate 1 stored in the stock tower 22, a tunnel dome 26 provided with a rotary roll group 25 to hold and transfer the mold plate 1 delivered by the conveyor 23 and a heating means for heating the mold plate, a machine 3 for feeding food grain such as puff and having a feeding mechanism to feed a molding cake material to the mold plate 1, a smearing and filling mechanism 7 provided with a mixer 4 connected to the food grain feeding machine 3 and mixing a molten oleaginous material such as chocolate to the food grain, an injector 5 for the molten oleaginous material, a material preparation box 41 and a leveling mechanism 6 for forming the cake material supplied from the feeding mechanism, and a scraper mechanism 8 freely reciprocating in horizontal direction to scrape off the excess forming cake material from the moving mold plate 1.
