PURPOSE: To operate a seamless filled capsule preparing apparatus in a most efficient state, by gelling a multi-layered spherical liquid droplets formed in the air with the vibration of a multiple tubular nozzle by a chemical gelling apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: Liquid materials (e.g., salad oil as a nucleus material 42, a sol containing 0.5% of carageenan as a material 44 to be encapsulated and a sol containing 15% of gelatin as an encapsulating material 48) are respectively supplied to the pipes for constituting a multiple tubular nozzle 2 supported in a state movable over a minute distance in the axial direction thereof by material supply apparatuses 12, 14, 16 while the nozzle 2 is vibrated to the axial direction thereof by a vibration apparatus 7. In addition, as a gelling apparatus which is provided to the position where multi-layered spherical liquid droplets are fallen from the nozzle 2 and for gelling said liquid droplets, a gelling agent container 48 is provided and a chemical gelling agent (e.g., corn oil) 54 is always supplied to said container 48 from a gelling agent storage tank 52 by a pump 50. By this method, a seamless filled capsule preparing apparatus can be always operated in a most efficient state.
