Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a weaving bar from occurring in a loom equipped with a negative easing device.
SOLUTION: This apparatus for preventing a weaving bar from occurring in a loom is obtained by rotatably supporting a back roller 13 on supporting brackets 31 and 32 on back bracket 25 and 26, securing easing levers 27 and 28 to a roller shaft 131 of a back roller 13 and rotatably supporting an easing roller 14 on the easing levers 27 and 28, further securing braking plates 30 made of a magnetic material to the roller shaft 131 and installing electromagnets 43 on the back brackets 25 and 26. The braking plates 30 are integrally shaken with the roller shaft 131. When the electromagnets 43 are excited, the braking plates 30 are attracted to attraction surfaces 431 to prevent the braking plates 30 from shaking.
