The apparatus and the method for producing general-purpose charcoal comprise combining a movable, compact and double cylindrical type oven made of stainless steel with a heat exchanger type vinegar-producing apparatus and charging air into a carbonizing chamber after re-combustion of smoke and acid-free carbonization and carrying out high-temperature re-carbonization.
