Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an apparatus for producing frozen dessert, capable of improving addition workability of flavor into a hopper.
SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing frozen dessert is equipped with a hopper 2 for storing mix, a cooling cylinder 8 for producing frozen dessert such as soft cream from the mixture fed from the hopper 2, a hopper cooler 4 and a hopper agitator 5 provided in the hopper 2, a cylinder cooler 11 provided in the cooling cylinder 8, a reversible cycle type freezer R constituting a cooling circuit for cooling the hopper 2 and the cooling cylinder 8 by each cooler in producing frozen dessert and a heating circuit for heating the hopper 2 and the cooling cylinder 8 by each cooler in heat sterilization and a controller for controlling the hopper agitator 5 and the freezer R and a prescribed agitating switch is provided and the controller operates the hopper agitator when the agitating switch is operated.
