PURPOSE: To improve the reeling efficiency, by separating the bonding of reelable cocoons preventing the inflow of the reelable cocoons to a cocoon receiving tray, and promoting the inflow of the reelable cocoons.

CONSTITUTION: A cocoon inflow preventing plate 25 is loosely attached rotatably to a taking out cylinder 12 with a pin 26, and is at rest in a horizontal state when the taking out cyclinder 12 is lowered. If the taking out cylinder 12 is lifted, the cocoon inflow preventing plate 25 is slanted downward by its own weight in a state indicated by chain lines to block a space between the lower edge of takint out cylinder 12 and a partition bottom plate 23 to prevent the flow of cocoons 22 into the space. When a large number of the cocoons 22 are supplied to a cocoon storage tank 5, the cocoons 22 near the taking out cylinder 12 adhere to one another to prevent the flow of the cocoons 22 into a cocoon receiving tray 15. Therefore, a lining up arranging plate 27 attached to the cocoon inflow preventing plate 25 is protruded high above the partition bottom plate 23 in supplying the cocoons 22 as indicated by chain lines to separate the adhered cocoons 22 and facilitate the flow of the cocoons 22 into the cocoon receiving tray 15. The cocoons 22 flow to the cocoon receiving tray 15 simultaneously with the lowering of the taking out cylinder 12.
