In this apparatus for pulling and mounting card clothing on rollers with a pulling mounting device in a spinning machine, especially, a flat card, roller card, cleaner, or the like, the spinning machine has an electronic control/adjusting device. In order to provide an apparatus whose equipment is simple and which can check pulling device treatment and/or measurement data, a measurement device for registering data detected during the pulling mounting of the card clothing on the pulling mounting device is combined. The measurement device is cooperated with the electronic control/adjusting device of the spinning machine, and the measurement device and the control/adjusting device can exchange the data each other in a single direction and/or in both the directions.
