Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for recovering glycols capable of preventing the glycols from deteriorating without any fear of causing pollution such as malodor.
CONSTITUTION: This apparatus 100 for recovering glycols is equipped with a distillation vessel 20 for distilling a used antifreeze under reduced pressure, a cooler 30 for cooling vapor containing the glycols vaporized in the distillation vessel 20, an aspirator 40 for decompressing the distillation vessel 20 and simultaneously sucking a distilled liquid liquefied in the cooler 30, a recovering vessel 50 for recovering the distilled liquid sucked with the aspirator 40 and a feeding means for feeding the distilled liquid recovered in the recovering vessel 50 to the cooler 30.
