PURPOSE: To avoid that ground powder resulting from sliding is mixed into a radiation-curing resin that is discharged for forming an information record carrier transferring surface, by sucking and discharging ground powder that is formed near a sliding section of a slide pin for controlling the amount of the discharge.
CONSTITUTION: Ground powder resulting from sliding at a sliding part 7 is carried by a radiation-curing resin flowing toward a pipe 9 and is pushed outside of a discharge nozzle, so that the ground powder would not be discharged between a plastic base plate 1 and a copying metal stamper 2. If, additionally, a suction mechanism is incorporated on the tip side of the pipe 9 and suction is carried out synchronously with the operation of a slide pin 5, the effect becomes remarkable. It is important, in practice, that an inflow side pipe 6 is to be located nearer to the base plate 1 than to the discharge side pipe 9, and the greater the distance (a), the better the effect. It is better that the attached position of the pipe 9 is nearer to the sliding section 7, and good results will be obtained by providing many such pipes 9.
