Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a skinning apparatus which is obtained by deforming a conventional skinning device in a way to be suitable for skinning the body of poultry or one part of that body.
CONSTITUTION: This device is composed of a skin pulling roller 2 having an antiskid outer surface or 'crimping' outer surface and a press shoe 4 equipped with a knife 3 and that press shoe 4 is arranged at an interval from an outer surface 13. An auxiliary conveyer is arranged on the upstream side of knife 3, is composed of one rotating member 19 or 20 at least to be driven oppositely to the skin pulling roller 2 and has helical webs 21 and 22 protruded around it.
