Abstract:
PURPOSE: To exactly discharge a powdery object and fragments by arranging sugar cakes at equal intervals along a circumference through a turning center table and a sorting unit and forming cam-shaped discharging means for removing sugar cakes as specified and out of standard respectively while distinguishing them through centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a supply shoot 2 for sugar cakes 3, center receiver table 4 which can be rotated around a vertical axial line 6, and fixed guide 11 for forming a spiral passage 12 arranged on the table 4. Besides, an orbital sorting unit 8 is provided with conveyer means 9 and 21, the sugar cakes are turned outside the table 4 along a 1st passage by the means 9, and the sugar cakes are moved at equal intervals one by one from the next one along a 2nd passage joined with the 1st passage in a cluster area 22 by the means 21. Further, a cam-shaped discharge means 27 arranged at a section 31 removes the sugar cakes as specified from the 2nd passage through centrifugal force, and a cam-shaped discharge means 28 arranged at a section 32 removes the sugar cakes out of standard from the end passage through centrifugal force.
