The apparatus includes: a plurality of branched flow paths branched from the flow path where the fluid flows; a fine particle monitoring mechanism for monitoring presence of the fine particles in the fluid of each branched flow path; a fine particle-containing flow path for forming one flow path by converging each one flow path when each branched flow path is branched into two paths, respectively; a fine particle-non-containing flow path for forming one flow path, by converging each other flow path when branched into two paths, respectively; and a flow path switching mechanism, which is arranged at each branch point of each branched flow path, for switching the flow path based on the monitoring by the fine particle monitoring mechanism.
