PURPOSE: To stack efficiently pieces of tile raw materials on a truck, by cutting the tile raw material just as it is as is extruded by means of a vacuum extrusion molding machine, stacking them in specific number of sets and stages on a pallet by means of a pallet elevator and treating it successively by means of a pallet transferring apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: A tile raw material T is continuously extruded through a mold 1a by means of a vacuum molding machine 1. The extruded tile raw material T is cut into tile raw material blocks T1 of a specific length by means of a first cutting machines 2. The tile raw material blocks T1 are continuously transferred in the same direction as the extrusion direction of the vacuum extrusion molding machine 1 by means of the first conveyer 3, and the tile raw material blocks T1 on the first conveyer 3 are successively pushed out in the perpendicular direction to the transferring direction crossing the first conveyer 3 by means of a pusher 4. The tile raw material blocks T1 pushed out are cut into furthermore smaller pieces by means of the second cutter 5. Sets T2WT2 of cut apart tile raw material pieces are stepwisely stacked by a pallet elevator 8 on a pallet P in specific steps, and the pallet P is fed to a pallet elevator 8 by means of the second conveyer 9 and the pallet P after stacking tiles is transferred to a truck loading part.
