The pair of the receiving bases 10, 10 includes respective supporting members 15, 15 for supporting both ends of the shaft member W. Each supporting member 15, 15 is provided tiltably so that supporting holes 17, 17 (supporting faces) for supporting the shaft member W come close to each other when the shaft member W is pressurized with the punch 20.
