PURPOSE: To enable accurate control of molten metal supplying quantity, to shorten length of a heater part for heating molten metal supplying pipe as shorter as possible and to provide a molten metal supplying apparatus facilitating maintenance by realizing a siphon type molten metal supplying pipe with a water-gushing-out type molten metal supplying apparatus.

CONSTITUTION: In the molten metal supplying apparatus for supplying the molten metal 2 in a furnace 1 with the water-gushing-out type into a chamber 37 in a casing device 4 by carrying the molten metal with an electromagnetic pump 3 through a molten metal supplying pipe 5, the molten metal supplying pipe 5 is made into the siphon type and the molten metal surface in the molten metal supplying pipe 5 can be kept to the fixed surface level. On the other hand, the electromagnetic pump 3 is dipped into the molten metal 2 under standing condition so as to set an end part at side connected with one end of the molten metal supplying pipe 5 in the inner part of the furnace 1 and also, an induction coil 11 in the electromagnetic pump 3 is dipped into the molten metal 2 and constituted as freely fitting/detaching to a pump vessel 10 connected with the above molten metal supplying pipe 5.
