Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus capable of properly adjusting the tension of a yarn in the thickness direction of a threedimensional yarn texture and producing a high-quality threedimensional yarn texture.
SOLUTION: Friction members for allowing integral rotation until a yarn tension reaches a fixed value are laid between bobbins 12 wound with yarns (z) in the thickness direction and supporting shafts 5. A shaft 24 is rotatably supported between a pair of struts 23 and a pair of supporting arms 26 are integrally rotatably held at both the ends of the shaft 24. A tension imparting roller 27 is rotatably held at the tip of the supporting arms 26. A balance weight 29 is installed at the base side of the supporting arms 26. The shaft 24 is rotatably equipped with a lever 33 to be worked above the supporting arms 26 by an air cylinder 35. The lever 33 is furnished with a roller 36 to be engaged with the supporting arms 26. A braking means equipped with two brake levers 42 is installed above the supporting arms 26.
