User specifying information and local apparatus specifying information for specifying a local apparatus 30 are transmitted to an information delivery apparatus 10 by the local apparatus 30, belonging to local apparatuses provided at a plurality of places, which has read the user specifying information for specifying the user of the mobile terminal 20 from a user specifying information storage 211. In the information delivery apparatus 10, a specifying information receiver 111 receives the user specifying information and the local apparatus specifying information, an information selector 113 selects the information corresponding to the local apparatus specifying information from the information storage 112, and a destination information selector 115 selects the destination information corresponding to the user specifying information from a destination information storage 114. An information transmitter 116 transmits the information selected by the information selector 113 to the destination shown by the destination information selected by the destination information selector 115.
