Abstract:

To provide a monitor and control apparatus for monitoring and controlling water and sewerage plants or the like, which avoids unnecessary consumption of electric power and promotes power saving.

The monitor and control apparatus 1a is intended to monitor the water and sewerage plants. The apparatus includes: a display unit 7 for displaying a state of the water and sewerage plants; a detector 5 for detecting a person; and a control circuit for displaying the person on the display unit 7 when the person is detected by the detector 5.
