PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a processing for mounting an upper opened container having some items stored in it on a horizontal supporting part 14 or a processing for lowering the upper opened container after the stored items are taken out from the horizontal supporting part 14 onto a ground and the like in a mechanical manner.
SOLUTION: An L-shaped inverting frame 6 comprised of a vertical supporting surface 15 and a horizontal supporting part 14 is formed. The horizontal supporting part 14 is made such that a plurality of lateral rollers 17 are arranged side by side in a forward or rearward direction. The vertical supporting surface 15 set upright from the front end of the horizontal supporting part 14 has a pair of engagement claws 28a, 28a properly spaced apart near the upper end in such a way that they can be protruded out or retracted. Both right and left ends are installed in such a way that they can be inverted or oscillated in respect to a mounted main body 4. An upper edge of the upper opened container mounted on the horizontal supporting part of the inverting frame 6 oppositely contacted with the vertical supporting surface 15 can be engaged through the protruding or retracting operation of the engagement claws 28a, 28a.
