Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable the feed of each dough for Japanese buns to respective hoppers by dropping and feeding each dough for the Japanese buns near a prescribed position on each shallow pan, reciprocating and moving the vicinity of the downstream end in the direction of a conveying belt even if the positions of the respective hoppers are fixed.
CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for transferring doughs for Japanese buns onto each shallow pan is obtained by installing plural hoppers 25 for dropping the doughs 12 for the Japanese buns, arranged at a prescribed interval along the upper part of the shallow pan 11 and capable of dropping the doughs 12 for the Japanese buns respectively dropped from the upper part onto the shallow pan 11 and a conveying belt 38 capable of conveying the doughs 12 for the Japanese buns above the plural hoppers 25 and dropping the doughs from the downstream end in the conveying direction in the apparatus for transferring the plural doughs 12 for the Japanese buns onto the shallow pan at a prescribed interval. The conveying belt 38 is capable of reciprocating and moving at least the vicinity of the downstream end thereof in the conveying direction in conveying the doughs 12 for the Japanese buns in the conveying direction, successively moving the downstream end thereof in the conveying direction above the hoppers 25 and further successively feeding the doughs 12 for the Japanese buns to the respective hoppers 25.
