To improve an apparatus in an easy manner so that it can present better transporting efficiency in the case of using the same driving jet used by a conventional apparatus.
The apparatus for transporting fuel from a storage tank to an internal combustion engine of an automobile has a casing with an inlet port connected to a return conduit, a nozzle which is provided behind the inlet port with an interval for opening toward a suction chamber for communicating to a storage tank via a nozzle outlet, a mixing chamber, provided next to a suction chamber in a direction of flow, connected to a splash pot by an outlet port and a pin having a smaller side section area than that of the nozzle and provided in the nozzle. In the apparatus, a pin 20 extends from upstream of a nozzle outlet 19 to inside a mixing chamber 17. In the case of using same driving jet volume rate of flow and same jet speed, jet surface area and transporting efficiency are comparatively large.
