PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus capable of concentrating and drying waste liquid of distilled liquor and recycling it in the form of a fertilizer or a feed without environmental pollution at a low cost while saving energy.
CONSTITUTION: A vacuum concentration and drying tank 100 connected to a storage tank 110 is equipped with a vacuum pump 120 for reducing pressure and hot exhaust water which was used for cooling a condenser 151 in a distillation process of low-class distilled liquor is introduced into a hot water jacket 21, etc., for heating the vacuum concentration and drying tank 100. In addition, for the purpose of vacuum evacuation of the vacuum concentration and drying tank 100, this tank is connected through a separator 40 for preventing scattering of organic solid components to a vacuum evacuation system composed of a water ejector 131, a hot well 132, a cooling tower 141.
