Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent external surface of a flexible member by clamping a free end of the sheet and receiving the first part of the flexible member to fix, and by spacing the second portion of the flexible member from the first portion by a preselected distance.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of core materials 30 are loaded on a hopper 26 and the materials 30 sent to a shoot 28 with a conveyor 32. When moving a cart 20 to a position close to a core material stop 59, letting a needle 60 of a core material separator 61 advanced by a controller 44 and retracting the needle 60 of the core material stop 59, three core materials 30 drop on the Platform 82. When the core material 30 mounts, cylinders 72 and 74 are elongated, the cart 20 is moved to a finger to let the core material 30 cover thereon. Protection paper is sent from its roll with its feeding assembly and wound on the three core materials 30 (or belt) covered on the finger by a winding assembly. After winding is finished, the following three core materials 30 are fed.
