PURPOSE: To generate new energy of high efficiency by considering an advantage of a traveling vehicle in the metropolitan area where the daytime population is large and social and economic activities are active when striking force of vehicle weight is converted into energy.

CONSTITUTION: Heads of pistons 1 are arranged by being projected by about 15cm from the surface of a road-way 9. Vertical motion of the piston 1 generated with application of a vehicle weight when wheels of a traveling vehicle strike on the road surface is utilized as various kinds of energies. A piston 1 is covered with a piston protecting cover, whereby the wheels can be prevented from lowering below the road-way. An L-shaped plate is fixed to a rotary shaft at an angle of 5-15° with respect to the vertical line, where one end of the plate is projected by a height of 10-15cm from the road-way surface. Consequently, the rotating motion of the L-shaped plate at the other end generated by depressing force of the wheels of the traveling vehicle is utilized as various kinds of energies.
