Abstract:
To provide methods of determining the epigenetic chromosome interactions which are relevant to a prognostic companion epigenetic test for cancer.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method comprising: contacting a first set of nucleic acids from a subgroup with a second set of nucleic acids representing a chromosomal interaction index population; and hybridizing complementary sequences, the nucleic acids in the first and second sets of nucleic acids together representing a ligation product that includes sequences from both chromosomal regions that interact epigenetically, and the pattern of hybridization between the first and second sets of nucleic acids making the determination of which epigenetic chromosome interactions are specific to a subgroup in the population.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
