The application-film transfer tool 1 includes a supply bobbin 53 around which an unused transfer tape 51 is wound; a transfer head 7 around which the transfer tape 51 is stretched and pressure-sensitively transferring an application film of the transfer tape 51 onto a transfer subject by pressing against the transfer subject; a take-up bobbin 55 taking up the used transfer tape 51; a clutch mechanism transmitting the rotation of the supply bobbin 53 to the take-up bobbin 55 and controlling the rotational speed of the take-up bobbin 55; and a reverse-rotation prevention mechanism preventing reverse rotation of the supply bobbin 53, wherein a part of the supply bobbin 53 constitutes a part of the reverse-rotation prevention mechanism.
