Abstract:
The method involves applying a fiber-reinforced thermosetting coating (6) on a metal support (3), particularly a steel plate. The metal support is formed, particularly deep-drawn or bent to a semi-finished product. The partially coated metal support is subjected to shaping, when its coating forms a block-resistant surface (12) in its thermosetting. The metal support is formed such that its forming radii form a plastic deformation in its coating-free regions (15). Carbon fiber reinforced plastic is applied as fiber-reinforced plastic with a thermosetting matrix on the metal support.
