Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control oozing out of a coating agent to an opposed side of an applicated surface in application by a method wherein a application line and a petal line are laminated by a plurality of layers so that the application line is positional outside the petal line, a projected part of petal piece is opposed to a separated off part of the application line, and an application piece and a petal piece come to be in a zigzag.
SOLUTION: An application part 5 is provided wherein an application piece 6 composed of a long narrow thin piece is arranged in a line via a gap part 7, a petal piece 11 composed of a long narrow thin piece of which a side face a projected part 10 is provided to is arranged in a line via a separated off part 12 being a gap between the petal pieces 11 inside an application line 9 wherein an application piece base part 8 is provided by continuously connecting one end of each application piece 6, and both ends of the base part of each line are continuously connected. Then, on lamination of the application line 9 and the petal line 14, the projected part 10 formed to the petal piece 11 is opposed to the gap part 7 of the application line 9 arranged outside, and respective lines are arranged so that the application pieces 6 or the petal pieces 11 of adjacent respective lines become in a zigzag. Further, the petal piece base part 13 is so arranged as to be positioned to an opening part 3 side of an application body 1 from the application piece base part 8.
