The client 17 transmits, upon starting an application, the application ID of the application and profile data of the client 17 to the server 10. The server 10 retrieves, upon receiving the application ID and the profile data, an application program corresponding to the application ID and resource data and image data associated with the program, and converts the resource data and image data based on the profile data. The converted resource data and image data are provided to the client 17 with the application program.
