Abstract:

The applicator for cosmetic to the nails has a rod (14) with bristles (5) fixed in a seating (15) in the end of the rod. The rod has a cross section at its end with an exterior contour (16) without concavities except for a groove (18) or two grooves opposite one another. The grooves extend along at least one part of the rod and are situated at mid length along the axis of the seating.
