Title:
APPLICATOR WITH VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004344872
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve the problem that the redispersion of an insoluble substance precipitated in a front shaft and a coating tip becomes impossible even if trying to redisperse the substance by shaking an applicator with a valve before use in the case when the conventional applicator with the valve is stored for a long period with the coating tip part facing downward.

In the applicator with the valve, having such a structure that a front shaft 5 having a coating tip with a valve mechanism is fixed to the tip opening part of a shaft tube 1 being a coating liquid storage chamber 2 which stores a coating liquid formed of at least pigment, a solvent, and a surface active agent therein, the coating liquid storage chamber 2 and a space 4 in inside of the front shaft 5 are communicated to each other, a through-hole is provided between the coating liquid storage chamber and the inside of the front shaft, and further, a part of the through-hole is formed in a small hole part preventing the coating fluid from being passed therethrough by itself, the viscosity of the coating liquid is 40 to 250 mPa s, and the cross sectional area of the small hole part is 0.13 to 3.80 mm2.
