Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the temperature at the inside of a resin under molding by inserting a thermocouple into a detecting rod which is provided so as to cross a resin passing path in the nozzle of a molding machine, and exposing the tip part of the thermocouple into the resin passing path. CONSTITUTION:A detecting rod 3 is provided uprightly so as to cross a resin passing path 20 that is formed in a nozzle main body 2. The detecting rod 3 is held and fixed with holding bolts 5 and 6. Thermocouple paths 30 and 50 are formed in the detecting rod 3 and the holding bolt 5. The tip part of the thermocouple 4 which is inserted through the paths 30 and 50 is exposed to the inside of the resin passing path 20. Therefore, the temperature at the inside of the resin which is pushed forward to a jetting hole 21 in the resin passing path 20 during molding can be measured. Since the thermocouple 4 is inserted into the detecting rod 3, the thermocouple can withstand the fluid pressure of the resin during molding.
