Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the labor for the service and service an approach gliding surface which is homogeneous and excellent in accuracy by servicing the approach gliding surface while a service machine body traveling on a guide rail is vertically moved by a cable.
SOLUTION: A service machine body 4 is traveled on a rail 2 by driving a cable 3 by a winch 19 through a wire rope 3 and pulleys 37, 37 and 38, 38 provided on four corners of the service machine body. The cable 3 is respectively fixed to a mountain side 35 of a jumping platform and a valley side 36, and the slackness of the wire rope 3 is adjusted by a weight 18. Two parallel guide rails 2, 2 are arranged on both sides of the approach gliding surface 1, and the service machine body 4 provided with a rotary cutter 6, a snow removing/pressing plate 5, and a groove shaver holder 8 is loaded on the guide rails 2, 2 through a plurality of wheels 13, and moved for elevation/lowering from the mountain side to the valley side, and then, from the valley side to the mountain side by driving the cable 3.
